
Estate grown fruit was used to craft this cool climate Chardonnay from the Manjimup region of Western Australia. Grapes were processed cool and pressed directly to a selection of one of two year old French oak barrels to complete wild fermentation. Tradiotional lees stirring techniques create texture and an integrated rich palate. The palate is creamy and fine with a tangy citrus backbone. Overall, an elegant yet full bodied style Chardonnay.
