Chestnut Grove

Chestnut Grove is a family-owned boutique winery located in Karridale, southern Margaret River. Founded in 1981, it is one of the early pioneers of this southern sub-region. The vineyard sits on ancient laterite soils with excellent drainage, forming the foundation of its distinctive wine profile.

The estate practises sustainable vineyard management. Grapes are hand harvested and sorted, with small-batch winemaking to preserve pure fruit expression. Rated highly by James Halliday, Chestnut Grove is well known for elegant Cabernet Sauvignon, vibrant Chardonnay and aromatic white blends. The wines showcase the softer, refined cool maritime terroir of southern Margaret River.
