The 2018 vintage is medium to full bodied, highly perfumed and structured with fine-grained tannins.
The wine displays classic Cabernet characters of blackberry, cassis and mulberry, layered with dark chocolate, spice and well-integrated oak. The palate is concentrated yet elegant, with freshness and a long, refined finish. It was matured in French oak and has excellent ageing potential; Flametree described the 2018 as one of its strongest S.R.S. Cabernet releases, capable of developing over many years in bottle.
